Ayran (Turkish Yoghurt Drink)
- I cup full-cream greek yoghurt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Blend for 1 minute or until frothy.
- Reduce the water to half cup if your yoghurt is low fat or not as thick as greek yoghurt.
- And some mint leaves if you want. I have a tub of yoghurt to finish in the next few days so will give the mint a try tomorrow.
