Ayran (Turkish Yoghurt Drink)


  • I cup full-cream greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy.
  2. Reduce the water to half cup if your yoghurt is low fat or not as thick as greek yoghurt.
  3. And some mint leaves if you want. I have a tub of yoghurt to finish in the next few days so will give the mint a try tomorrow.
